Warme Chocolademelk

Steps

  1. Whisk 60ml of whole milk with 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch until smooth.
  2. Warm 440ml of whole milk in a saucepan with 55g of dark chocolate, stirring until melted. Whisk half the warm milk into the cocoa paste, then return everything to the pan. Bring to a gentle boil while stirring and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Whip 250ml of heavy cream with 1 tablespoon of icing sugar to stiff peaks. Pour the hot chocolate into large mugs, leaving room for the cream, and spoon the cream on top.
