Fill a chilled copa glass with ice and slowly pour in 75ml of chilled cava.
Stir 30ml of London dry gin, 30ml of vodka, 30ml of fresh orange juice, and 10ml of rich simple syrup with ice in a mixing glass. Strain over the cava and garnish with an orange wheel.
