Blue Hawaii
Steps
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 22.5ml of white rum, 22.5ml of vodka, 15ml of blue curaçao, and 90ml of pineapple juice.
- Add 10ml of fresh lime juice, 10ml of fresh lemon juice, and 10ml of rich simple syrup. Shake until cold.
- Double strain into a chilled hurricane glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry on a cocktail umbrella.
