Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 45ml of amaretto, 22.5ml of cask-strength bourbon, 30ml of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of rich simple syrup, and 15ml of egg white.
Shake until cold and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon twist and a brandied cherry.
