Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 45ml of gold rum, 15ml of fresh lime juice, and 15ml of honey syrup.
Shake until cold and strain into a chilled highball glass filled with ice. Top with 50ml of chilled brut Champagne, stir briefly, and garnish with a lime twist.
