Pour 45ml of green Chartreuse, 45ml of pineapple juice, 22.5ml of fresh lime juice, and 15ml of falernum into a chilled Collins glass.
Fill the glass two-thirds with crushed ice and swizzle, then top with more crushed ice and swizzle again. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry, and dust with grated nutmeg.
