Steps
- Stir 60ml of blended Scotch whisky and 20ml of amaretto with ice in a mixing glass until cold.
- Strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass over fresh ice, ideally one large cube. Garnish with an orange zest twist, expressed over the drink.
