Hot Buttered Rum
Steps
- Put 2 teaspoons of honey in a warmed toddy glass. Add 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter, 60ml of aged Caribbean rum, and 2 pinches of grated nutmeg.
- Top with 90ml of boiling water and stir until the honey and butter dissolve. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a lemon slice studded with cloves.
