Steps
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 30ml of bottled-in-bond applejack, 20ml of Calvados, 10ml of fresh lemon juice, and 5ml of fresh lime juice.
- Add 5ml of rich simple syrup, 2.5ml of raspberry syrup, 2.5ml of grenadine, and 1 dash of orange bitters, and shake until cold.
- Double strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass and garnish with a lemon zest twist.
