Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add 25ml of gin, 25ml of vodka, 25ml of lychee liqueur, 15ml of dry vermouth, 1 dash of Creole bitters, and 6 drops of salt water.
Stir until very cold and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lychee on a cocktail pick.
