Rub the rim of a chilled Collins glass with a lime wedge, dip it in coarse sea salt, and fill the glass with ice.
Pour in 12.5ml of lime juice, 2 dashes of hot sauce, 5ml of Worcestershire sauce, and 150ml of dark lager. Squeeze the lime wedge over the drink and drop it in.
