Missionary's Downfall
Steps
- In a cocktail shaker, lightly muddle 15 mint leaves with 30ml of gold rum to bruise them.
- Add 15ml of peach schnapps, 15ml of pineapple juice, 15ml of fresh lime juice, and 10ml of honey syrup. Fill with ice and shake until cold.
- Double strain into a chilled Collins glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a bouquet of mint sprigs and a lime wheel.
