Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add 45ml of reposado tequila, 15ml of mezcal, 7.5ml of agave syrup, and 4 drops of chocolate bitters and stir until cold.
Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube. Flame an orange twist over the drink and use it to garnish.
