Add 12 mint leaves, 50ml of gold rum, 15ml of passion fruit liqueur, 15ml of fresh lime juice, and 10ml of passion fruit syrup to a chilled Collins glass.
Fill the glass two-thirds with crushed ice, churn with a long spoon, and add more crushed ice.
Top with 15ml of soda water, stir briefly, and garnish with a mint sprig and a spoonful of fresh passion fruit pulp.
