Steps
- Add 45ml of gin, 15ml of bonded applejack, 22.5ml of lemon juice, 7.5ml of grenadine, and 1 egg white to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake without ice for 10 seconds, add ice and shake again until cold.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a brandied cherry.
