Port Light
Steps
- In a cocktail shaker, stir 2 teaspoons of honey into 60ml of bourbon until it dissolves. Scoop in the pulp of 2 passion fruits.
- Add 30ml of lemon juice, 15ml of grenadine, and 15ml of egg white. Shake without ice for 10 seconds, add ice and shake again until cold.
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass and float half a passion fruit on top.
