Steps
- In a blender without ice, combine 75ml of London dry gin, 30ml of lemon juice, 15ml of passion fruit syrup, 15ml of falernum, and 15ml of orgeat.
- Blend on a slow setting, gradually adding ¼ teaspoon of xanthan gum.
- Add 210ml of crushed ice, blend again, and pour into a chilled glass.
