Singapore Sling
Steps
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add 30ml of gin, 15ml of cherry liqueur, 7.5ml of triple sec, and 7.5ml of Bénédictine.
- Add 120ml of fresh pineapple juice, 15ml of fresh lime juice, 10ml of grenadine, and 1 dash of Angostura bitters. Shake until cold.
- Strain into a hurricane glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
