Strawberry Daiquiri
Steps
- Blend 45ml of light gold rum, 20ml of fresh lime juice, 15ml of rich simple syrup, and 5 small ripe hulled strawberries without ice until smooth.
- Add 140ml of crushed ice and blend on low-medium speed until smooth. Pour into a chilled coupe and garnish with half a strawberry on the rim.
