Steps
- Crush 1 tablespoon of sugar with the leaves of 1 small bunch of mint in a mortar and pestle.
- Put a handful of crushed ice into 2 tall glasses. Divide the mint mixture and the juice of 3 limes between them, and top up with 240ml of soda water.
