Steps
- Melt 25g of dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Dip the glass rims into it, drizzle the remainder inside, and refrigerate until set.
- Blend 5 small scoops of mint chocolate ice cream with 175ml of milk until smooth. Pour into the prepared glasses and finish with mint leaves and dark chocolate shavings.
