Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°F / 95°C. Mix ½ cup of creamy peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, and ¼ teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes.
- Mix ¼ cup of mayonnaise with 1 tablespoon of sriracha. Form 450g of ground chuck into 4 patties about ½in / 1cm thick.
- Heat a lightly oiled grill pan over high heat. Season the patties with salt and pepper and cook for about 2 minutes per side, then continue until they reach 165°F / 74°C.
- Place on an ovenproof plate, add 4 slices of cheddar, and put in the oven. Turn the oven off and let the cheese melt while toasting 4 split hamburger buns in the pan.
- Spread the buns with sriracha mayonnaise and the bottoms with peanut sauce. Add the patties, 8 cooked bacon slices, and 8 dill pickle slices. Drizzle with the remaining peanut sauce and close.
