Steps
- Blend 100ml of pineapple juice, 50ml of lemon juice, ½ pasteurized egg white, 10ml of alcohol-free cocktail-cherry syrup, and 3 drops of alcohol-free almond extract until pale and foamy.
- Stir ice into the mixture until the blender jar feels cold. Pour into rocks glasses and garnish with alcohol-free cocktail cherries.
