Steps
- Mix lemon zest with golden superfine sugar on a plate. Wet the rim of a coupe glass with water and dip it into the mixture.
- Put 15ml of lemon juice, 50ml of alcohol-free gin, 1 teaspoon of white wine vinegar, and 3 teaspoons of marmalade in a shaker with ice.
- Shake until the shaker feels icy cold. Fine-strain into the prepared coupe.
